Oulu-based gaming startup Spectarium has successfully raised 5 million euros in a seed round led by BITKRAFT Ventures, with participation from Delphi Digital and Framework Ventures. Spectarium, founded by industry veterans from major gaming companies like EA, Epic Games, Riot Games, and Square Enix, is dedicated to creating cross-platform action RPGs. The funding raised will be instrumental in scaling Spectarium’s team and further developing the gameplay of Myths. The company is committed to a soft launch of Myths in 2024, targeting specific audiences. This capital injection will enable Spectarium to refine its innovative AI-driven approach, ensuring that the game offers personalized and endlessly enjoyable experiences to a global gaming audience.
