ScaleNL, a public-private innovation and growth platform that offers a launch platform in the US to Dutch tech startups, announced the names of startups selected for the ScaleNL Accelerator – West Coast ’23 Cohort.
The ScaleNL Accelerator – West Coast is an immersive 12-week programme designed to empower tech startup founders on their journey toward US market entry.
Throughout the hybrid programme, the founders will engage in weekly expert sessions covering fundraising, elevator pitching, devising effective go-to-market strategies, and mastering sales techniques, among others.
As the programme unfolds, the entrepreneurs will culminate their experience with a 6-day trip to the vibrant tech landscapes of Los Angeles and San Francisco.
During this trip, founders will have the opportunity to pitch in front of US-based VCs.
What is ScaleNL?
Headquartered in San Francisco, ScaleNL is an innovation and growth platform supported by the Ministry of Economic and Climate affairs and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Netherlands with the partnerships of Rabobank and Friesland Campina.
The programme has been designed to fast-track the success of Dutch tech companies through their dedicated network of startups and over 300+ mentors, community platforms, events, programmes, courses, and more.

Coolset
Founder/s: Kouzelis and David Sigley
Coolset provides startups and SMEs a simple and effective solution that helps automate decarbonisation efforts. The platform helps organisations measure, analyse, reduce, and offset their greenhouse gas emissions across Scope 1, 2, and 3.
It also allows users to track their carbon footprint, set reduction targets, and identify opportunities for improvement.
Envision
Founder/s: Karthik Mahadevan and Karthik Kannan
Envision’s AI-powered software extracts different types of information from images and speaks them out loud, enabling blind and low-vision users to do activities independently.
The company’s software can read all kinds of text, including digital and handwritten text, newspaper, books, and product labels, in more than 60 languages, recognise faces, describe scenes, detect colours, find objects, and much more.
Voyc
Founder/s: Matthew Westaway, Lethabo Motsoaledi
Voyc is an AI software that helps monitor and improve call centre quality assurance and agent performance.
The company gives businesses the ability to examine 100 per cent of contact centre conversations, enhancing operational effectiveness, catching complaints, identifying susceptible clients, and providing top-notch customer service.

Elfsquad is a B2B software solution that helps manufacturing sector vendors and purchasers to design complicated items without errors.
The tool simplifies the process, lowers waste, and boosts productivity across the sector.
XLINQ

XLINQ is a software platform that generates tailor-made solutions and applications based on the unique requirements of a business.
Uncover
Founder/s: Caroline Korteweg and Ingrid van de Pol-Mensing
Uncover is an AI-powered case management tool for attorneys. The platform utilises ‘unique’ algorithms to allow attorneys to structure the unstructured material in their case files, work with it in preparing their case, and engage with colleagues and clients throughout the litigation process.

eDRV is an enterprise platform-as-a-service for EV charging networks and fleets.
Peerby

Peerby is a circular sharing platform that enables neighbours to borrow and lend household items. The platform enables neighbours to share goods such as tools, electronics, bicycles and garden, camping and party gear for free or for a fee.
Wonderflow
Founder/s: Riccardo Osti, Giovanni Gaglione, and Michele Ruin
Wonderflow helps companies understand what consumers think about their products and services and what improvements will drive the best results.
The Amsterdam startup, with its proprietary AI platform, analyses unstructured feedback, from multiple sources, and helps brands improve the overall customer experience.
Metrica Sports
Founder/s: Bruno Dagnino, Enzo Angilletta, Ruben Pascual
Metrica Sports is a football data consulting company. The Amsterdam-based company was born out of the desire to provide clubs with the necessary tools to transform raw data into actionable output.
The company’s core product, Metrica Play, helps clubs by plotting and visualising the relevant information in a flexible and easy way, which improves the interaction between coaches and players.
Scitodate

Scitodate is an AI-powered cloud tool to access knowledge and solve complex problems in Deep-tech, Pharmaceutical, Biotech and Scientific markets.
Innatera
CEO: Innatera
