Euryale Healthcare Italia 1, a vehicle that Kryalos manages, acquired from Gruppo Sereni Orizzonti a Turin-based elderly care home Pierval Santé, a fund of Euryale Asset Management (see here a previous post by BeBeez). The 6800 sqms asset opened in 2022. Euryale Healthcare Italia 1 signed a sale and lease-back agreement in the frame of the acquisition of four further elderly care homes from Gruppo Sereni Orizzonti. Paolo Bottelli is the ceo of Kryalos.
Kelly Russell Catella, Coima‘s head of sustainability, said to BeBeez that the firm aims to make all its real estate funds compliant with SFDR article 8 and 9 by 2030 (see here a previous post by BeBeez). Manfredi Catella is the ceo of Coima which has 6 million sqms assets. In 2022, Coima Res attracted the delisting offer of Qatar sovereign fund and the Catella Family.
