Gruppo Carraro, an Italian producer of components for tractors and building site vehicles, received from Banca Monte dei Paschi di Siena (MPS) a six-years financing facility of 60 million euros for which SACE provided a 90% warranty (see here a previous post by BeBeez). The company will invest such proceeds in its working capital and the implementation of its CO2 reduction strategy. In 1Q23, Carraro generated sales of 196.5 million and an ebitda of 16.2 million.
Agriplast, an Italian producer of films for agricolture and packaging, received from UniCredit a three-years financing facility of 8 million euros for which SACE provided a warranty (see here a previous post by BeBeez). The company will invest such proceeds in its operational activities. Agriplast has sales of 125.5 million, an ebitda of 5.3 million and a net financial debt of 43.8 million. The company belongs to Salvatore Cascone (56.71% – chairman), Marco Cascone (15.83% – ceo), Giuseppa Battaglia (11.63%), Emanuele Garrasi (8.88%), and Serena Cascone (6.95%). Eva, an Italian energy company, received an ESG KPI linked loan of 3 million euros from Crédit Agricole Italia (see here a previous post by BeBeez). The borrower has sales of 793 million euros and will invest such proceeds in the implementation of its ESG strategy.
Endrizzi, an Italian wine producer, issued a one millione euros minibond maturing in 2031 that Mediocredito Trentino-Alto Adige subscribed (see here a previous post by BeBeez). Fondo Garanzia per le PMI provided a warranty for the issuance. Paolo Endrici heads the company with his wife Christine and kids Lisa Maria, Daniele. Endrizzi has sales of 5.9 million, an ebitda of 0.365 million, a net financial debt of 2.5 million, and equity of 1.6 million.
