The Netherlands-based enterprise architecture company Bizzdesign announced on Monday that it has acquired Edifit, a company that specialises in enterprise architecture software and consulting services.
The acquisition marked the initial phase of Bizzdesign’s global expansion strategy following its partnership with Main Capital Partners, a strategic software investor.
Bizzdesign’s track record and recognition from other industry players underscores its prominent position in the enterprise architecture industry. One of them is its seventh consecutive recognition as a top leader in Enterprise Architecture Tools in the 2022 Gartner report.
BIzzdesign aims to expand its services through Edifit’s well-established software suite and consulting expertise. Edifit is a member of Bizzdesign’s worldwide partner and channel network.
‘New avenues’
