Global law firm White & Case LLP has expanded its Global Debt Finance Practice with the addition of Peter Mason as a partner in London.
“Our London debt finance team continues to experience strong demand from global clients across all its service offerings,” said White & Case partner Eric Leicht, head of the Firm’s Global Debt Finance Practice. “The arrival of a highly capable lawyer like Peter builds on the team’s existing strength as we continue to grow in the world’s second largest legal market to meet our clients’ needs.”
Peter advises sponsors, corporates, banks and other non-bank financial institutions and alternative capital providers on a variety of finance transactions including leveraged, investment-grade and real estate financings, refinancings and restructurings, with particular experience in acquisition financing using European and New York-style term loan B, bank/bond and direct lending/unitranche structures. He joins White & Case from Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, where he was a senior associate, and brings more than ten years of experience.
