Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised x+bricks Group on the sale of its grocery-anchored retail property portfolio valued at over €1 billion to Slate Asset Management, a global alternative investment platform targeting real assets.
The transaction will be executed in two tranches, subject to certain closing conditions and regulatory approvals. Both tranches of the transaction are collectively valued at over €1 billion and comprise 188 properties.
