The acquisition includes Hopin’s flagship Events platform and Session product.
Hopin Events is an all-in-one event management platform that has emerged as a game-changer for planning and producing virtual and hybrid events.
Using the platform, organisers can connect and engage with attendees, making event experiences interactive and immersive.
Whether it’s hosting conferences, multi-track sessions, networking events, sponsor booths, or managing robust registration tools, Hopin Events provides a robust set of features for events of all sizes and formats.
Hopin Session is known for enhancing meeting experiences. By offering highly personalised engagement solutions, the tool makes meetings interactive and engaging.
The acquisition includes technology assets, customer relationships, and engineering, product, and go-to-market talent from Hopin.
This acquisition expands RingCentral’s video solutions and strengthens the company’s ability to offer customers more choices, including specialised video use cases around interactive events.
