Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised AGIC Capital, a European-Asian private equity firm with US$2.2 billion of assets under management, on its acquisition, together with key management, of a majority stake in Pure Trade from private equity firm Sparring Capital, the management team and founders.
Founded in Paris with teams across Europe, Asia and the US, Pure Trade designs and provides one-stop-shop supply chain solutions for packaging for leading brands in the global luxury cosmetic and beauty industry. The acquisition is AGIC Capital’s first investment in France.
