Global law firm White & Case LLP announced today its new Executive Committee, effective September 1, 2023. They are:
- Eric Leicht. Eric is a partner in the Firm’s Debt Finance practice and is based in New York.
- Carina Radford. Carina is a partner in the Firm’s Project Development & Finance practice and is based in London.
- Dipen Sabharwal. Dipen is a partner in the Firm’s International Arbitration practice and is based in London.
In addition, Oliver Brettle will serve as Vice Chair of the Firm. Oliver currently serves on the Firm’s Executive Committee and is based in London.
Heather McDevitt, Chair-Elect of White & Case, made the appointments. On June 27, Heather was elected as the next Chair of the Firm and will assume the role on September 1. She succeeds Hugh Verrier, who has served as the Firm’s Chair since 2007.

The Executive Committee serves as the primary decision-making body of the Firm, operating under the leadership and direction of the Chair. Members of the Committee serve four-year terms.
