Aquila Capital Southern European Logistics (Acsel), a subsidiary of German Aquila Capital, created Green Logistics, a seed portfolio of three real estate logistic assets with high energy efficiency and an undisclosed value (see here a previous post by BeBeez). One of the assets is of 51600 sqms and is based in the Alessandria area. The other two assets are based in Portugal’s areas of Azambuja (net leasable area of 111620 sqms) and Magellan (net leasable area of 13518 sqms). Sources said to BeBeez that Green Logistics already delivered a project to Sonae MC, a Portuguese grocery distribution player.

The managers of Grimaldi Immobiliare acquired the firm from Italian real estate agency network Gabetti (see here a previous post by BeBeez). Grimaldi has sales of 10 million euros.
