Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Autostrade per l’Italia S.p.A. on a €750 million, fixed rate 5.125% sustainability-linked bond issuance under its Euro Medium Term Notes Programme.
The notes are listed on Euronext Dublin’s regulated market and were offered and sold pursuant to Regulation S under the US Securities Act.
BNP Paribas, ING Bank N.V, Intesa Sanpaolo S.p.A., J.P. Morgan AG, MUFG Securities (Europe) N.V., Banco Santander S.A. and Société Générale acted as active book runner, together with Barclays Bank Ireland PLC, Banca Akros S.p.A. – Banco BPM Group, Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank, CaixaBank, S.A., Mediobanca – Banca di Credito Finanziario S.p.A., Morgan Stanley & Co. International plc, Natixis, and UniCredit Bank AG.
