The regional regulations of Abruzzo which have imposed the blocking of authorization procedures and delegated to the Municipalities the task of identifying areas unsuitable for the construction of plants from renewable sources are in contrast with the fundamental principles envisaged by the national legislation on authorization for the construction of RES plants.
