Pisa in Progress, a fund that Namira manages, acquired from Pisa Municipality the building land around Marina di Pisa for 5.2 million euros (see here a previous post by BeBeez). Legance assisted the buyer that will build parking spaces for the port and Villa Rondini. Marina Development Corporation will act as project and development manager. Pisa Municilpality also signed a settlment with the previous owners of the land before the Italian administrative court (TAR).
InvestiRE (part of Banca Finnat), the manager of real estate vehicle Fondo Emilia-Romagna Social Housing (FERSH), signed an agreement with Modena Municipality and Fondazione di Modena for regenearating St. Euphemia Barracks and starting the works in April (see here a previous post by BeBeez). The building will host 18 units with 73 rooms with a subsidized rent. HERSH invested 10 million euros while Fondazione di Modena signed a 13-years lease back agreement worth 0.91 million.
InvestiRE also launched OnPlace with Partners Group, a firm with 135 billion US Dollars of assets under management (see here a previous post by BeBeez). OnPlace is a platform for handling the portfolio of PRS Italy and that manages 450 rented flats in Milan, Rome and Turin.
