Generali Europe Income Holding (GEIH), a vehicle of Generali Real Estate, acquired K26 and 10tral, two iconinc Frankfurt-based buildings (See here a previous post by BeBeez). DekaBank (Sparkassen- Finanzgruppe) provided a senior loan of seven years. The k26 11,500 sqm fully rented building has 20 floors and has a BREEAM-in-use certification with a “Very good” rating. Generali Real Estate retained Clifford Chance as legal advisor. The vendor hired CBRE, BNP Paribas Real Estate and Hengeler Mueller. Generali acquired 10tral from Projektentwicklung (OFB). The 4,800 sqm asset is fully rented
Domus, a vehicle that belongs to Hines, Apollo Asset Management and VI-BA, filed with Italian stock market authority Consob the document for the delisting public offer on Milan-listed Aedes SIIQ (See here a previous post by BeBeez). On 30 September 2022, Sator Private Equity signed for selling its 51.166% of Aedes to Domus which also signed for purchasing a 3.69% of the target from Palladio Holding. On 14 December 2022, Domus raised 54.85% of Aedes and launched a public offer on the remaining 45.15% stake at 0,2922 euros per share or a total of 37.018 million euros.
At the end of 2022, Virtus, a vehicle of Kryalos in which Blackstone invested, sold a Milan-based building to Comparto Uno, part of Fondo Inarcassa RE, part of the pension fund of Italian Architects and Engineers (See here a previous post by BeBeez). Fabrica is the manager of Comparto Uno. Dils handled the sale. Curtis, Mallet-Prevost, Colt & Mosle LLP International Law Firm assisted the buyers, while Simmons & Simmons advised the vendors.
