Aquila Capital, a German investor in sustainable real estate, realized Italy-based energy efficiency projects worth above 35 million euros (see here a previous post by BeBeez).
Startip, a subsidiary of Milan-listed Tamburi Investment Partners and Lio Factory’s alternative investment platform Lio X, subscribed a capital increase that didimora.com launched (see here a previous post by BeBeez). The company will invest these proceeds in its proprietary technology and hiring further resources. Benito Malaspina, Francesco Rubert and Maurizio Chisu founded didimora in 2021. The company provides digital services for house flipping.
Panattoni, the Italian subsidiary of California’s Panattoni Development Company, said it is going to start the development of the Scarmagno (Turin area) 90000 sqm logistic facility (see here a previous post by BeBeez). The construction works will begin in September 2023 and finish in 2024. Jean-Luc Saporito acts as Panattoni’s Italy country head with the support of Marco Zorzetto, Christian Caye and Riccardo Paulotto.
