Dove.it, an Italian digital real estate agency, announced the closure of a 3 million euros capital increase (see here a previous post by BeBeez). Azimut led the transaction through AZ Eltif – Alicrowd. Paolo Facchetti (ceo) and Salvatore Vadacca (cto) founded Dove.it in 2018. The company will invest the raised proceeds in the development of its proprietary technology and in recruiting further c-level executives.
Maticmind, an Italian system integrator for networking, cybersecurity, collaboration, data center, and applications that belongs to CVC Capital Partners and Cdp Equity, acquired 51% of Cloudtec (see here a previous post by BeBeez). The target rebranded as Cloudmind. The founder and ceo Massimo Bruni (currently 35% owner), Massimo Perillo (7%) and Francesco Bianco (7%) sold part of their stakes. Cloudmind has sales of 1.5 million euros, an ebitda of minus 0.38 million and a net financial debt of 0.59 million.
Events.com, a platform for the organization of events, said it acquired Evensi, an Italian AI-based search engine (see here a previous post by BeBeez). Yuri Grassi, Emanuele Corradini and Andrea Pelleschi founded Evensi in 2013. Paolo Privitera and Saverio Patruno invested in the company after its foundation. In 2019, Evensi raised 2.5 million US Dollars from Regency Corporate, Barcamper Ventures, who sold its stak, and other investors.
Azimut Digitech Fund and B2B Gellify invested in DBridge, an Italian fintech that the ceo Pasquale Orlando created (see here a previous post by BeBeez). DBridge also attracted the resources of Giovanna Calloni, Antonello Di Mascio, Roberto Ferrari, Dario Frigerio, Paolo Galli, Roberto Marsella, and Roberto Nicastro.
Netfintech, an Italian credit broker for SMEs that owns the brand Change Capital, raised 1.7 million euros and  retained Rewind as financial advisor (see here a previous post by BeBeez). Banca Valsabbina acquired a 5% of Netfintech while Weholding has now 10%. BP Cortona also invested in the business and now has 9.5%. Tiziano Cetarini, Francesco Brami and Alessio Donati founded Change Capital in 2019.
Oltre Venture, an Italian impact investing fund that Luciano Balbo and Lorenzo Allevi created, sold its 15% stake in Italian healthcare firm Centro Medico Sant’Agostino (see here a previous post by BeBeez). Centro Medico Sant’Agostino now belongs to L-GAM (80%), the managing director Andrea Porcu (4.3%) and other minority investors.
