Azimut and SiamoSoci launched ALICrowd, a venture capital Eltif (see here a previous post by BeBeez). Azimut will manage AliCrowd which has a tenure of 8 years. The fundraising target for the vehicle amounts to 25 million euros, the investment ticket are of at least 10,000 euros.
LIFTT, the investor in startups born out of a partnership between Turin Polytechnic University and Compagnia di San Paolo, closed an investment round of 4 million euros (see here a previous post by BeBeez). LIFTT attracted an even amount of resources of Compagnia di San Paolo and Fondazione CRT. Giovanni Tesoriere and Stefano Buono are the ceo and chairman of LIFTT.
Online coding startup Epicode raised one million euros from Lorenzo Lamberti Sagliano, Guglielmo Notarbartolo di Villarosa, Matteo Lunelli, B Holding of Fabio Cannavale, Diego Pisa, Matteo de Brabant, and Francesco Beraldi (see here a previous post by BeBeez). Claudio Vaccaro, Ivan Ranza, Marco Rosci, and Andrea Febbraio founded Epicode in 2020.
British biotech NeoPhore, having an Italian cofounder, raised 18 million euros from Claris Ventures, Frankfurt-listed 2Invest, 3B Future Health Fund (fka Helsinn Investment Fund), Astellas Venture Management, and CRT Pioneer Fund, a seed fund born out of a partnership that Cancer Research Technology (Crt) signed with the European Investment Fund (EIF) and Sixth Element Capital (SEC) (see here a previous post by BeBeez). Pietro Puglisi, Heikki Lanckriet and Marianne Bjordal joined NeoPhore as directors. Alberto Bardelli and Luis Diaz founded NeoPhore.
In 2020, Italian Angels for Growth (IAG) invested 68 million euros in 25 transactions (17 million in 12 deals in 2019) (see here a previous post by BeBeez). IAG signed partnerships with LVenture, Doorway, Banca Generali, Lazio Innova, Mastercard, Novartis, MSD, KPMG, and BIP.
Euleria, a medtech startup that received the incubation support of Bio4Dreams, received 300k euros in a round led by impact investment fund a│impact –Avanzi Etica Sicaf (for a 12.93% stake and the fund also signed an option for investing further up to one million). Bio4Dreams and Biovalley Investment also invested in Euleria together with the founders David Tacconi and Roberto Tomasi (see here a previous post by BeBeez).
Etilika, an e-retailer of Italian wines and spirits, raised 1.07 million euros through an equity crowdfunding campaign on Mamacrowd (see here a previous post by BeBeez). The company will invest such resources in its organic development. Etilika set a hard cap of 0.5 million euros, but soon increased the target to one million on the ground of a pre-money value of 8.225 million.
Alimentiamoci closed an investment round and sold 8% to StarTIP, a subsidiary of Tamburi Investment Partners (see here a previous post by BeBeez). Alimentiamoci also attracted the investments of Proximity Capital, HB4 and Karim Ricciardi.
ClubDealOnline and Pambianco launched Pambianco4Growth (P4G) a partnership for financing Italian SMEs operating in the sector of fashion, design, food, and tourism (se here a previous post by BeBeez). Pambianco, the Italian consultancy firm for the fashion sector, will scout the projects that fit with the strategy of ClubDealOnline and make a preliminary appraisal.

Sardex, a marketplace for trading credits in exchange of goods and services, rebranded as Sardex Pay (See here a previous post by BeBeez). Carlo Mancosu, Gabriele e Giuseppe Littera and Franco Contu founded the company in 2010, while in 2011 Piero Sanna joined it.

Italian real estate lending crowdfunding portal Rendimento Etico raised 4 million euros for a real estate development in Milan (see here a previous post by BeBeez). The least fundraising target for the project amounted to 3.5 millions.
The real estate development Firenze Nuovo Conventino raised 2.5 million euros through a real estate equity crowdfunding campaign on Walliance (see here a previous post by BeBeez). After this campaign, Walliance allowed investors to raise 36 million.
Hemeras Boutique Homes, a chain that manages 150 luxury aparthotels in Italy, Spain and Switzerland, launched an equity crowdfunding campaign on Milan-listed CrowdFundMe (see here a previous post by BeBeez). The company raised 0.271 million euros, above the 0.2 million target, on the ground of an enterprise value of 8.4 million. Hemeras Boutique Hotels has sales of 2.3 million and an ebitda margin of 15%
