Quaestio Private Markets Funds European PrivateDebt, a Luxembourg’s Sicav Sif with a focus on private debt and direct lending to European SMEs launched by Ityaly’s Quaesto Capital Management sgr, announced a new closing to 623 million euros.
The investment veichle which is still in fundraising aims at generating a net 6.5% Irr per year on a 7 year investment horizon with a quarterly coupon flow of 5% per year. Senior portfolio manager of the Sicav are Massimo Marzeglia and Giovanni Boscia.
Quaestio Capital Management sgr is an independent asset manager firm managing both open and closed-end funds and active both on the public and private cpaital markets. The firm was founded in 2009 by chairman Alessandro Penati. Since last July the firm is led by the new ceo Francesco Ceci.
