Sale of Intesa Sanpaolo’s real estate Npl portfolio named “Beyond the Clouds” is said to be finalized by the end of May, MF Milano Finanza writes today, adding that the bank is now studying the last details of the winning binding offer proposed last month by a consortium made by Christofferson Robb & Company (Crc), Bayview and Prelios Credit Servicing.
The size of the portfolio is said to have been lowered to 2.1 billione uros from 2,5 billions initially announced. The offer by CRC-Bayview-Prelios was preferred to other two binding offers delivered last April by Apollo Global Management together with Fonspa and by Cerberus (see here a previous post by BeBeez).
MF also writes that a new loan portfolio sale in coming from Intesa Sanpaolo. The new portfolio, named Monopoli, is made by unlikely to pay real estate loans. A precfise schedule has not been made already but it is possibile that the auction will enter a warm phase this Summer.
