Aksìa Group is to buy Contacta spa and Visiant Contact srl, both being Italian companies active in the contact centers sector. The outcome of the double acquisition will be a group which is the third one in Italy by size in the sector with about 115 million euros in revenues (see here the press release).
The deal is the first investment of  Aksìa Capital IV fund, which announced its second fundraising closing at 108 million euros, after having announced the first closing at 65 million euros in November 2014. The final target is 125 million euros (si veda altro articolo di BeBeez).
Founded in 2000, Visiant Contact is one out of 5 Italian companies specialized in management and development of clients base through contact cetner services, customer care and other services based on Big Data analysis with clients such as Fastweb, Google and Sky.
As for Contacta, it was founded in 1996 and is a leading company in Italy in the sector of contact centers and business process outsourcing, inbound e outbound marketing, back office and social media monitoring with clients such as CheBanca!, Enel, Agos Ducato, Lavazza and Ace European Group.
More in detail the actual shareholders of both companies will reinvest in the project with a minority stake. Visiant amd Contacta will be bought by a newco which will be owned by Aksìa Capital (55%) and the two companies’ actual shareholders (45%)- The newco will be the holding company to Gruppo Visiant-Contacta.
Aksìa èhas been supported in the deal by Ernst & Young as for the financial due diligence, by Alix Partner for the business due diligence, by the financial advisor  Fineurop, by the legal advisor studio Accinni, Cartolano e Associati, by the labour advisor studio De Luca & Partners and by the fiscal advisor studio Russo De Rosa e Associati.
Founded in 1997 by the three partners Nicola Emanuele, Marco Rayneri e Stefano Guidotti, Aksìa sgr had raised 147 million euros with its Aksìa Capital III, which invested in 9 companies and divested 4: it gained 4.1x the invested capital from Robuschi; gained a 3.1x multiple from Plastiape; and more recently sold EidosMedia and Rosa Sistemi.
The sale of Rosa Sistemi had not been disclosed since now. The company is a producer of guides for linear movement. As far as BeBeez is concerned, Aksìa owned a 75% stake in Rosa Sistemi’s capital while the founder Ermando rosa owned the remaining 25%. The fund sold its stake to Mr. Rosa last December. Rosa Sistemi reached 15 million euros in rvenues in 2015 with a 2 million euros ebitda. The closing of the deal is expected in the newx few weeks.
