Eco Eridania spa, a Genoa-based company specialized in industrial and special waste treatment, bought Eco Mistral srl, a company active in transport and disposal of health and industrial waste.
The deal was financed through a second bond issue that was completely subscribed by Muzinich Italian Private Debt Fund as well as it had been the case in December 2014. Back then Muzinich subscribed 10 million euros of Eco Eridania’s bonds and announced that other resources would have been disposed to the company in a subsequent occasion.
Eco Eridania is owned by Roccaforte (an holding company owned by entrepreneur Andrea Giustini) and Xenon Private Equity Fund. The company has been growing quite fast in the last few years: the company is reaching 77 million euros in revenues this year from just 12 millions in 2010.
Legal advisor to Eco Eridania for the bond issue was Studio Pavia e Ansaldo, while Munzinich has been advised by Linklaters.
