Five new issues have been listed in the last two months on Borsa Italiana‘s ExtraMot Pro, the market dedicated to bonds and minibonds, project bonds and commercial paper issued by corporates and in particular to SMEs. Two new bonds were issued in June by Cartiere Villa Langarina while the other three issues, listed in May, were by Landi Renzo, Terre Cortesi Moncaro and First Capital,
Activity slowed down on the market in May and June after booming in April when seven new issues came to the market , four of them all together in the last two days of the month (by Micoperi, ITWay, ETT Solutions and Oxon Italia) and the previous three all concentrated in the third week of the month (by Essepi Ingegneria, Generalfinance and Ferrarini).
As for July, one new minibond issue has already been listed on the ExtraMot Pro market by Costruzioni Motori Diesel while a second issue has been announced by Nosio spa (gruppo Mezzacorona) but the bond won’t be listed and has been wholly subscribed by Fondo Strategico Trentino Alto-Adige managed by Finint Investment sgr. This is the third not-listed minibond issued by Nosio after a first one expired in December 2014 and a second one was issued in the first half of 2014 and was wholly subscribed by Fondo Euregio Minibond managed by PensPlan Invest sgr.
This not-listed deal add to another private placement last May among italian high networth individual investors of a mandatory convertible bond by Formula Pharmaceuticals in order to finance the acquisition of worldwide exclusive rights to an immunotherapy platform that was developed over the past seven years at the Research Center Fondazione M. Tettamanti, a University of Italy’s Milano-Bicocca affiliate.
