Docebo, a Naples-based company providing a SaaS enterprise E-Learning platform, gained a 3 million dollars investment round from Toronto-based private equity firm Klass Capital (download here the press release).
This is the seconf financing round for the company which had been funded in February 2012 with  2.4 million euros investment by Principia II fund managed by Italy’s venture capital firm Principia sgr .
Founded in 2005 by ceo Claudio Erba, Docebo provides a SaaS Corporate Learning Management System (LMS) that enables organizations of all sizes to plan, deliver, track and certify online and classroom training activities.  The company, which also has offices in the United States and Dubai, has over 800 B2B clients in over 80 countries worldwide (including Bloomberg Institute, Thomson Reuters, FreshBooks, Autodesk amongst others).
Proceeds from the funding round will be used by Docebo to accelerate its growth in North America and to finance new developments in the e-learning platform.
