Cynny spa, a startup company which developed an app allowing users to archive and share their data without storage limits, in cloud, in a secure mode and at a very low cost, is ready for a new funding round targeting 2.2 million euros (download here  the press release). Moreover in the last few weeks Cynny obtained a 2 million euros banking facility by Gruppo IntesaSanpaolo and Carismi and Italian-listed B&C Speakers‘ cfo,  Simone Pratesi, was appointed member of Cynny’s board of directors (while keeping his role in B&C Speakers).
