Digital Magics, the Italian venture incubator listed at the Italian Stock Exchange, announced yesterday a new financing round of 500k euros to Gowish, an Italian innovative startup in Digital Magic’s portfolio, offering the first collective payment service on a web platform collecting money among friends for making presents to other people (download here the press release).
New investors are Italian well known business angels Anna Siccardi, Nader Sabbaghian, Antonino Pisana e Alessandro Rivetti, while founder and ceo Claudio Cubito partecipated to the new round too. At the end of the round Digital Magics will own a 43% stake in Gowish’s capital.
Thanks to the new resources Gowish will add new professionals to its organizations (two developers, a commercial director and a digital marketing specialist).
