Italian private equity and venture capital operator Italeaf spa made its debut at the Stockholm Nasdaq Omx First North yesterday closing the day at 2.60 euro per share or 4% up from the 2.5 euro placement price.
Led by ceo Monica Federici, Italeaf spa is an investment holding focusing on cleantech companies, Italeaf owns a 54.84% stake in TerniEnergia, an energy company listed at the Italian Stock Exchange and is a member of the Star high quality companies index. Â TerniEnergia is active in the fields of renewable energy, energy efficiency and waste management.
Italeaf also controls Greenled Industry (working in the development and production of power LED lamps for industrial energy efficiency and public lighting), WiSave (in the “internet of things” field, for the development and production of thermostats and smart technologies for the remote control of electrical and heating items of buildings managed through a cloud infrastructure), and Skyrobotic (in the business development and manufacture of civil and commercial drones in mini and micro classes for the professional market) (see more in the Company profille prepared for the listing).
Listing of Italeaf came after a private placement of 444k new shares at 2,5 euro per share last July to 71 new shareholders for a total value of 1.1 million euros  before issue costs (about 55.5% of the offer was subscribed). in order to broaden the shareholders base and therefore creating the necessary free float needed for listing on Nasdaq Omx FIrst North.
