True Energy Wind (TE Wind), an Italian company operating in the renewable energies industry, in particular in the mini-wind sector. at an offering price of 99 cents placed 3.65 million euros of so called minibond maturing in 2020 and paying a 6% coupon. The bonds will be listed on the ExtraMot Pro market managed by Borsa Italiana (download here the press release).
The bond had been issued up to 10 million euros and a second subscribing period will be held till next November 30th (download here the press release),
Proceeds from the bond issue will be used in order to support an investment plan announced last Summer when TE Wind listed its shares on the Aim Italia market managed by Borsa Italiana. The majority of the shares (58,37% ) are held by the investment fund Iris Fund Sicav Sif True Energy, a private equity fund mainly investing in renewable energies.
Advisor to Iris Fund is True Energy Advisory srl, an advisory company founded by Ciro Mongillo, who in turn manages Vesta Industrial, a closed end investment fund focusing on Italian minibonds part of the Fysis Fund Sicav.
