Idea Capital Funds sgr, an Italian private equity operator controlled by DeA Capital (De Agostini group), launched fundraising for its new fund focused on Italian companies in food&beverage sector from base ingredients towards restaurants. The fund, called “Idea Taste of Italy”, has a 200 million euro target.
This is the third direct investment private equity fund launched by Idea Capital Funds, after Idea Opportunity Fund I ( 217 miillion euro) and Idea Efficienza energetica e sviluppo sostenibile (100 millions, focused on energy efficiency and sustainable development in Italy, Germany, Switzerland and Israel).
