BeBeez is on online newswire, registered at the Milan Court, focusing on private capital and alternative assets news in Italy, such as private equity, venture capital, private debt, equity crowdfunding, infrastructures and real estate.
BeBeez provides news and information about business development of the funds’ portfolio companies as well as news and analysis about SMEs and startup companies in Italy.
BeBeez was originally an Italian-speaking website but it developed a rich section in English which has recently become a separate site: BeBeez International (bebeez.eu).
The aim of BeBeez International is to become a “one-stop kiosk” to find the most accurate news on private capital and alternative assets in Europe.
BeBeez International also provides Reports and Insight Views for its BeBeez News Premium subscribers as well as a “ItaHub”, a special space offering ultimate insider tax, legal and trends and worthwhile information to invest and operate in Italy.
BeBeez also organizes events and workshops for its clients as well as special communication projects.
An indipendent publishing company
BeBeez was established by Stefania Peveraro (a former senior editor of MF Milano Finanza) in 2013 in joint venture with the Italian Association of Private Equity and Venture Capital (AIFI).
Since March 1st 2016 BeBeez has been publishing by EdiBeez srl, an independent publisher incorporated in Milan (Italy) by Stefania Peveraro herself, Fabio Allegreni and other outstanding shareholders.
Why the name “BeBeez”
BeBeez name means “Be industrious” and comes from the fact that bees are small, active and dynamic animals, which take their strenght from being and working together as a community. This might be the same for small and medium enterprises members of the BeBeez community of readers which may help their business (biz) to grow thanks to exchange of information and ideas.
